Married to Linda Walt Wilson (LHS class of 1956), 46 years in August 2006.
Children: Michael, 45, Dallas Texas; Amy Wilson Christensen, 42, Omaha, NE; Cindy Wilson, 38, Denver, CO.
Three grandchildren, no great-grandchildren
WORK: After high school: College, Med. School, Intern, Army, Medical Resident, Cardiology Fellow, Cardiologist in private practice 1972-2001. Retired from active clinical practice in 2001. Still work part-time as Medical Director of heart scanner at hospital. .
INTERESTS: Running, tennis, scuba diving
Significant Events:
I was so lucky to marry Linda Walt, and to have 3 healthy children. I have been elected to the University of Nebraska Board of Regents 3 times, currently serving in my third six-year term. This has been a challenging and very rewarding experience.
Life Changes:
Have not changed much, except a lot older and hopefully a little wiser.
