After Graduate School at M.I.T., I worked for 3M Company in the Twin Cities and Italy. Headed west in 1972 and spent balance of career in Corporate/High Tech Management in the Palo Alto area. Final job was President of Dohrmann Instruments, a Silicon Valley Company that developed, manufactured and sold computer-based instruments for environmental and petro chemical markets. Retired in 1996.
Interests: Lifelong - Sailing, Art history, International travel. New - Geology, Oceanography, Astronomy.
Reflections: I consider that growing up in Lincoln and attending LHS were perfect "American Graffiti" experiences. After traveling to almost 75 different countries, especially in Africa and Southeast Asia, I continue to feel very fortunate to be a citizen of the USA.
