Married for 50 years to Vernon Grant
Children: Kelly Grant Meier, 47, Lincoln, Terri Grant Wismer, 45, Lincoln, Mark M. Grant, 43, Lincoln, Joyce Grant Palmer, 39, Lincoln. Twelve grandchildren.
WORK: First job - University of Nebraska Ag College, Secretary; Stayed at home after April 1959 until January 1978; State Farm Insurance until retirement in 1999.
FUN: We have camped and RV'd for many years with the children. We still are blessed with good health and love to travel. Spend winters in California usually. Have visited all 48 states but never to Alaska or Hawaii.
Life Changes: Not many life changes in last few years. Enjoy spending time with kids and grandkids. They are all in Lincoln area.
REFLECTIONS: Many fond memories of the 50's but we continue to enjoy life and living. Our prayers are that our grandchildren will be able to enjoy peace in their future.
