WORK: Social Worker, State Hospital in Lincoln, 1960-1962; Case Worker, Family Service, Houston, 1962-1964; Special Ed/Vocational Teacher, Sugarland, TX, 1978-2003. Retired in 2003. Continue to Volunteer: Ronald McDonald House, Literacy Advance of Houston, Museum Fine Arts, Houston.
INTERESTS: Volunteer work is a hobby. My husband is also retired and he volunteers at the Medical Center. My husband and I like to travel. I like to be outdoors. In Houston this is possible all year. I enjoy swimming all year, walking, biking and snorkeling when we travel. I love a beach, any beach. I sometimes take continuing education classes in the Social Science area. I have enjoyed planning mini-reunions with high school friends and also Sorority Sisters from Nebraska.
