One Child: Clarinda, 41, Lincoln, NE; Two Grandchildren: Boys, 9 and 13.
WORK: Wife/homework to housework! U of N - Bindery Department; Gold's - Elevator Operator and Gift Wrapping; Western Electric - Millard, NE; First National Bank / Firstier Bank / Cornhusker Bank for a total of 41 years in banking. Retired January 2000.
INTERESTS: Camping, bowling, roller skating. Enjoy watching grandsons play sports and school musicals.
Significant Events: One of my biggest life challenges was having open heart surgery August, 2005. Lots of bumps in life's road, but you have to do the best you can to cope.
CHANGES: Lived (moved) to Colorado Springs, CO for 2 years. Miss the music and movies of the 50's and the slower pace of life and health.
REFLECTIONS: Life is not easy, but you have to do your best to enjoy it. Time goes by so quickly!! Where has 50 years gone? We take so many things for granted.
